EDP training programmes are conducted with an aim to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and promote entrepreneurship within the society.
EDII – TN - Adopting a life-cycle oriented training approach (program for every stage), EDII-TN provides a range of training programmes and services for entrepreneurs & innovators in pre sanction and post sanction stages.
Phase-I and phase-II programmes in the pre-sanction stage enable participants to seek fund sanction from financial institutions with a viable business plan. Through phase - III programmes, participants will learn how to launch and manage their business. Phase-IV would support the successful running of their projects.
During this phase, awareness camps are organized and the participants are given information on how to commence a business, entrepreneurial skills needed and the marketing opportunities including information on various Government schemes.
Training on preparation of Business Model and Business Plan (BMBP) is provided for aspiring entrepreneurs.
In this phase the participants are trained how to launch the business, understand markets, statutory business compliances and operations management.
The entrepreneurs are given training on day to day operations and contemporary topics of interest to MSMEs. The training duration varies from half-day to 3 days depending on the nature of topics covered.
